This interclub tournament has been especially designed to give people valuable ring time experience before the Auckland Regional Championships coming up on the 11th of April. Whether it is your first time entering sparring in a tournament or you have entered some before but are feeling a bit ring rusty, this is the tournament for you. There will be 2 different types of sparring so you can get double the experience.
